Hoisting Equipment
A wide variety of Diedrich Drill hoisting accessories are offered by Environmental
Drilling Supply & Service, Inc. These include:
Hoisting Plugs: --- for hoisting and
lowering drill rod or heavy casing. Hoisting plugs allow for turning rods or casing while
suspended.
Pulling Plate: ---
used to remove drill rod from moderate depth holes. Drill rods are placed though a hole in
the plate. The plate holds rods securely as an upward pull on the hoisting rope tilts the
plate.
Holding Iron: --- simple
but effective method of holding rod firmly while lowering or hoisting.
